In the last few years, in the middle of this busy world, a culture of slowing down has come up.

 

This trend proposes calm human activity. Taking control of our time, and giving priority to people instead of the technology.

 

This includes having awareness of our world, taking care of it and being more eco-friendly.

 

“El aperitivo” (pre-lunch time in Spain) is a ritual and tradition in Spain that started in the beginning of S.XIII century.

It is a time where family and friends are together and they usually go to the bar before lunch and have a relaxing time.

 

The idea of this project is use this spanish ritual in other cultures, as brithis people.
